CEO of Samoan infotech company appointed New Zealand Prime Minister's Fellow

The Chief Executive of a Samoan information technology and communications company has been chosen as the first New Zealand Prime Minister's Fellow from Samoa.

Laeimau Oketevi Tanuvasa-Savea of Computer Services Limited, will visit New Zealand under the programme agreed upon last year between New Zealand

Prime Minister Helen Clark and Samoa's Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sailele.

The fellowship scheme aims to enhance understanding of the bilateral relationship among potential leaders in both countries, to develop personal relationships, create opportunities for dialogue and enhance bilateral cooperation.

Ms Tanuvasa-Savea will be in New Zealand from 10 to 15 September attending to business and government-related calls in Christchurch and Wellington
