Oprah Winfrey is coming back to New Zealand for one show
The "In Conversation" event at Auckland's Spark Arena promises to unpack "the power of authenticity" and the "necessity of resilience".
Oprah Winfrey will return to New Zealand for a one-off show at the end of the year.
The Auckland "in conversation" event is set for Sunday, 14 December, at Spark Arena, the last stop on the back of a series of engagements around Australia's capital cities.
The 71-year-old media legend was last in New Zealand 10 years ago. "An Evening with Oprah" sold out the same venue in December 2015.

This year's show, Oprah In Conversation: Presented by Lilly, is billed as a discussion about "the power of authenticity to the necessity of resilience". The moderator of the event has not been named, nor have ticket prices.
“One of the things I have always enjoyed is sitting down for real, honest, enlightening conversations, and this experience is all about that,” Winfrey said in a statement.
“The energy, warmth, and spirit I feel in Australia and New Zealand have stayed with me, and returning will be an opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and be reinspired - together. I look forward to sharing stories, ideas, and meaningful connection about what’s possible in our lives moving forward.”
