Met Gala 2025: The best looks from the red carpet
Rihanna reveals she's pregnant ahead of the event, Lorde represents New Zealand and Diana Ross graces the Met Gala carpet for the first time in over 20 years.
Stars turned up looking as dandy as ever for fashion's biggest night, the Met Gala, in New York.
The guestlist included Kiwi singer Lorde, Australian actress Nicole Kidman, legendary American singer Diana Ross, American gymnast Simone Biles, Sabrina Carpenter, Shah Rukh Khan, Zendaya, and Lizzo.
This year's hosts were actor Colman Domingo, Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton, rapper A$AP Rocky and musician and Louis Vuitton men’s creative director Pharrell Williams.
The four celebrities co-chaired the annual haute couture fundraising festival with Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and honorary co-chair LeBron James.

This was the first menswear-focused Gala since 'Men in Skirts' in 2003.
Celebrities arrive on the red carpet for Met Gala
Guest curator Monica Miller told Vogue the focus is on Black dandyism which is "somebody who studies, above all else, to dress elegantly and fashionably".
"If we think about Black history in terms of visual culture from the time of enslavement to the present, that story is about a fight for and an increasing ability to self represent."
After the red carpet, guests tour the exhibition and sit for an exclusive dinner.
Singer and actor Teyana Taylor, actor and producer La La Anthony, and actor and comedian Ego Nwodim hosted this year’s livestream on Vogue's YouTube channel.
Diana Ross says she was convinced to attend at the last moment by her son. She hadn't been to the Gala since 2003.
