Each episode is a thoughtful 15-minute aural experience made for an audience who find themselves in unfamiliar, isolated territory and need small moments of creative connection and escape to help get them through; a personalised show for an audience of one.

    (8) 'A Symphony of Reassurance' by Estère

    (9) 'Level 2' by Bic Runga
The New Zealand Music icon has created a 6-minute instrumental as a tentative celebration of starting to come out of lockdown. She calls it 'an apprehensive disco for one, as we tentatively leave our houses again; a Mumsy disco to help get your groove back on.'
