Covid-19 update: One new case in managed isolation in New Zealand today

There has been just one new case of Covid-19 reported in managed isolation in New Zealand today.

The Health Ministry did not hold a media conference today. In a statement, it said there was nobody in hospital with the coronavirus.

Three more cases have now recovered from Covid-19, bringing the total number of active cases to 41, including eight community cases.

New Zealand's laboratories processed 5728 tests yesterday.

There were no new cases of the coronavirus reported in New Zealand yesterday, while the Health Ministry revealed it had identified a rubbish bin as the probable source of a recent Covid-19 case .

In other news over the past day, Australia has announced a one-way travel bubble across the Tasman, while US President Donald Trump has been taken to hospital after testing positive for the coronavirus.
