A farmer has been found dead under a digger at Port Waikato.
Emergency services were called just after 8am this morning to an area off Klondyke Road.
The police said a body was found under a digger but it was not known when the accident happened.
The death was initially reported as a forestry accident, but WorkSafe said the incident happened on a farm.
The police and WorkSafe are investigating.
