Southern and central parts of the country are in for another battering of wind, rain and snow in the coming days.
A heavy rain warning has been issued for Buller, Nelson west of Motueka and the Nelson Lakes from 9pm tomorrow until early Wednesday morning.
Canterbury, Westland and the Otago lakes are also in for a dousing for a few days from tomorrow.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the ranges of the Bay of Plenty east of Whakatane could see periods of heavy rain.
A strong wind watch has also been issued for Wairarapa, Wellington, Marlborough and the Canterbury plains on Tuesday.
Snow is expected to affect higher inland parts of Otago and Canterbury on Tuesday.
