While family harm has continued to dominate emergency calls during lockdown in Dunedin, police have also dealt with a number of level 4 breaches.

A 39-year-old man has been arrested for breaching the level 4 lockdown after being found by officers intoxicated and drinking alcohol in central Dunedin.
The man was found early this morning on Dowling Street and officers offered to return him home, said Senior Sergeant Craig Dinnissen.
The man refused and was arrested and issued with a pre-charge warning, Dinnissen said.
In another incident, two women and a man in their 20s were found in a derelict building in the central city on Sunday.
The trio entered the building after seeing it was empty, Dinnissen said.
All three received warnings for breaching the lockdown and being unlawfully in a building.

Several other warnings were issued for breaches during the weekend including people found considerable distances from their home unnecessarily.
One man had driven from more than 16 kilometres from his home in Mosgiel to John Wilson Ocean Drive to walk his dog.
"This sort of activity is prohibited clearly," Dinnissen said.
Family harm continued to dominate calls for service and some disputes between neighbours were rearing their head, he said.
Traffic in the inner city also remained a concern with excessive speeds and dangerous driving.
"Rainfall on the weekend bought out some of those driving idiots which could have been catastrophic."
