Lucinda Williams - Live at the Fillmore. Recorded over a three night stand at San Francisco Fillmore West in 2004, this set features Williams with her road hardened touring group of guitarist, pedal steel and background vocalist Doug Pettibone, Taras Prodaniuk on bass and Jim Christie on drums. With this band, she has just recorded the album "World Without Tears" which demonstrated a new confidence in her singing. As her 2008 concerts in NZ showed, William's Americana style of country, blues and rock is raw and passionate. UK Mojo Magazine called this set "Sorrowful, fierce, heartbreaking and unhistrionic..." (Lost Highway)
