1:17 Creating food havens to combat childhood obesity
A new concept called 'food havens' aimed at reducing high childhood obesity rates in lower socioeconomic neighbourhoods has been developed by researchers at AUT's Child and Youth Health research centre.

Research co-author, Dr Radilaite Cammock, is a lecturer in Public Health at the AUT School of Public Health and Interdisciplinary Studies. She's also a research associate at the Child and Youth Health Research Centre and Pacific Health Research Centre, based at AUT South Campus in Manukau. She explains their concept to Jesse.
