A new farming venture is underway in the Wairarapa. Farmers are being encouraged by Foundation of Arable Research and the The Ministry for Primary Industries to try and work out if there's a market in New Zealand for durum wheat. Mick Williams is a farmer in the Wairarapa involved in the scheme and he speaks to Jesse about the challenges and opportunities of the project.
