There's a new cow on the block and it's one that has been bred to be heat tolerant. The breed is called Kiwipole and it's been developed by Waikato company Dairy Solutionz. The idea is that the cow would produce more milk in a hot climate. Dairy Solutionz chief executive, Derek Fairweather, speaks with Simon about the new breed.
