Increase in complaints against Fiji police

Fiji's Police Commissioner, Ben Groenewald, says they have recorded an increase in complaints against police officers.

Commissioner Groenewald has told FBC News that this a big concern for the force.

He says police must distinguish between complaints that the police are ill-treating people and complaints against service delivery.

Police say they are currently investigating seven complaints against officers of alleged brutality.
