South Korea F1 track approved

Motor racing's world governing body hsa given the go-ahead for South Korea's first Formula One Grand Prix later this month.

Following doubts over the readiness of the circuit, the track has passed a final inspection by the FIA.

The track has been built on reclaimed land at Yeongam, 320 kilometres south of Seoul, with the race to be held on Sunday week.
