The Silver Ferns coach Ruth Aitken is confident goal shoot Irene van Dyk can bounce back from a disappointing performance in the first test loss to Australia.
Australia won the first test in Adelaide on Sunday by five goals, with van Dyk scoring only two goals from four attempts in the final quarter as Australian defender Susan Fuhrman shut her out of the game.
Van Dyk says she needs to play a more mobile game the second test in Wellington on Thursday night, rather than her traditional holding style of play and Aitken is confident the 177 test veteran will improve.
