Walsh hurled the shot 21.48 metres to beat the USA's Ryan Whiting and Polish double Olympic champion Tomas Majewski.
On Sunday, Walsh set a personal best and New Zealand record with a throw of exactly 22 metres as he edged American Ryan Crouser in Paris, now he's won at a meet in Warsaw, to record back to back victories in Europe.
