Bond, Murray say performance consistent

If there's any pressure on New Zealand men's pair of Hamish Bond and Eric Murray, the rowers aren't showing it ahead of the World Rowing Championships.

The pair have proven unbeatable over the past two years, including winning last year's world title.

They've had their injury concerns this year and were forced to change their training to include more off the water.

However Bond says their times both on and off the water have been some of their best, they've managed consistent performances and and have now had a long period of training with no injury.

Their showdown with the British pair is expected to be one of the highlights of the regatta.
