Multiple people, including children, are injured after a serious crash between a truck and van in West Auckland this morning.

Police were called to Tawa Road in Te Atatū Peninsula at around 8.20am.
They said there were a number of people inside the van at the time of the crash - at least three of the injured were from the van.
St John ambulance said they've assessed 10 patients - two in a serious condition, three in a moderate condition and five in a minor condition.
It said the two seriously injured have been taken to Starship Hospital and two moderately injured were taken to Auckland City Hospital and Waitakere Hospital respectively.
A section of Tawa Road, near Te Atatū Road will be closed while the Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
Meanwhile, a young girl remains in a critical condition in hospital after being hit by a car outside an East Auckland school yesterday.
Police said a 77-year-old man had been stripped of his right to drive following the incident near Pidgeon Mountain Primary School.
Counties Manukau road policing manager Kay Lane said police were still investigating.
