One person on a Lime scooter has been injured after colliding with a truck in central Auckland.
Emergency services were called shortly before 9.30am this morning to the crash on Parnell Road, police said.
A spokesperson said while initial reports were that the rider had serious injuries that has now been re-assessed as moderate.
The person has been taken to hospital by ambulance.
Lime scooters - already in Auckland and Christchurch - have been introduced in Lower and Upper Hutt.
