A short time ago, the New Zealand Nurses Organisation said DHB representatives asked if the union would discuss an offer on Tuesday.
Spokesperson Cee Payne said the union had agreed to what she called a revised offer on pay and conditions and would be in talks at 10.30.
The DHBs have confirmed discussions tomorrow but have declined to comment further.
Up to 30,000 nurses went on strike last Thursday over pay and conditions.
It was the first national nurses' strike in three decades.
