Some family members of people who died when Christchurch's CTV building collapsed are planning a protest this weekend, after police decided not to charge any of the building's engineers.

The six-storey office block was flattened in seconds during the 6.3 magnitude earthquake in February 2011, killing 115 people.
Last week, Christchurch police announced there was not enough evidence to prosecute, and now the victims' families are planning a protest this weekend.
Tim Elms, whose daughter was among the CTV victims, said he hoped the protest in Latimer Square would make authorities rethink their decision.
"There is still no accountability after nearly seven years - with everything we had tried - even through the engineers, through civil.
"This was our last hope, really, of getting some accountability."
The protest is planned for early Sunday afternoon.
