The body of a man who did not resurface after jumping into Lake Rotoiti last week has been found.

The police said search and rescue volunteers found the body of Colin McCormick, 48, at 7am this morning.
Mr McCormick jumped into Lake Rotoiti, near Rotorua, on January 4, but did not resurface after his lifejacket came off.
A rescue helicopter, as well as boats, divers and land-based searchers, spent days scouring the area for him.
His death would be referred to the coroner, police said.
