The American owner of Burger King New Zealand is looking to sell it.

United States-based private equity firm Blackstone has hired the local investment banking firm, Deutshce Craigs, to advise it on a potential sale of the business.
Deutshce Craigs would not say when it was appointed or what its advisory work entailed.
The local operator of the Burger King licence, Antares Restaurant Group, would not comment on the matter.
