'Til the Cows Come Home is a not-for-profit cow sanctuary near Cust in North Canterbury. It's run by 19-year-old Jasmine Hubber and so far she's rescued nearly 200 cows and calves. While some are taken off her by other animal lovers, she lets the rest of her adopted herd see out their days on family-owned and leased farm land.
