1.15 Finding Rosemary: The invention of Kiwi onion dip

After a long and strange search, Hayden Donnell found the inventor of Kiwi onion dip. Her name is Rosemary Dempsey. Nestle had initially told him she was dead, and that she'd never married or had children. That was false. She's an 85-year-old woman who lives in an Epsom retirement village and seems to be very much alive.

1.25 Vacation stories no-one wants to hear

You may want to think twice the next time you're tempted to show somebody your travel photos. New research from Harvard University shows the less your friends know about the place you visited, the less they're interested in hearing about it. It turns out people most enjoy hearing stories about things they're already familiar with. Gus Cooney is a social psychologist at Harvard University.

3:10 Cooking at The White House

Sam Kass is no ordinary chef. He cooked for the Obamas in the White House for six years and served as President Obama's senior adviser for nutrition policy. He's the kind of chef who gets invited to the World Economic Summit in DAVOS not to cook food, but to talk about global issues and their connection to food. He's passionate about kids and nutrition, working with Michelle Obama on her campaign for healthy eating, and he's passionate changing the way the world produces food. He's started a company called TROVE, connecting  personal health with the health of the planet.
