Faoa Aitofele Sunia has written to Uiagalelei, outlining his concerns and asking him to address them immediately .

Faoa says Uiagalelei, who is a good friend of Governor Lolo Moliga, provided refreshments for a campaign committee meeting for the Lolo and Lemanu re-election campaign.

He said that puts Uiagalelei's impartiality and integrity into question.

Faoa also wants an explanation of why a staff member delivered voter ID cards to a resident who didn't request a renewal of their voter ID.

The staff member is the daughter of Governor Lolo's chief of staff Fiu Johnny Saelua, who is also co-chair of the re-election campaign.

Faoa said the law only allows a person to pick up their voter ID from the Election office, or if they are unable to, a person with power of attorney.

Faoa said he will be filing a formal complaint.
