The New Zealand under-17 men's football team has beaten a Club Brugges age group side 1-0 in Doha thanks to a 91st minute winner by substitute Alex Ridsdale.
The Young All Whites snatched victory one minute into time added on when they counter attacked from a Brugges corner and Ridsdale rounded the goalkeeper to score the winner.
The juniors now play three matches against the Aspire Academy side, also in the Qatar capital, on Friday, Monday and Wednesday.
