The Australian netballers have beaten Jamaica 63-51 in Sydney in the first of their three-Test series on the back of a dominant display from captain Sharelle McMahon.
The Diamonds led throughout the a physical, high-intensity clash but Jamaica reduced the margin to just one late in the first half.
