Man United to face third tier Southampton in FA Cup

The English premier league football leader Manchester United will face third-tier club Southampton in the FA Cup fourth round after beating Liverpool.

The repeat of the 1976 FA Cup final, which Southampton won, will be played on the south coast on the last weekend of January.

The draw has thrown up as many as five all Premier League fixtures, with Bolton drawn at home to Wigan, Fulham up against Tottenham and Aston Villa taking on Blackburn.

Holders Chelsea will travel to Everton, while the winners of the replays between Wolverhampton and Doncaster, and Stoke and Cardiff, will also meet.

The winners of the replay between Arsenal and Leeds, after they drew 1-1, were drawn against third-tier club Huddersfield.

Premier League struggler West Ham will be at home to Nottingham Forest, Birmingham will host Coventry in a Midlands derby and the winner of Manchester City's replay with Leicester will head to Notts County.
