Craig McMillan has become a full-time White Ferns assistant coach.
The former Black Cap has been a part-time assistant for the last year and his new contract comes a month out from the start of the World Cup in India.
McMillan will continue to work on batting and fielding with the White Ferns alongside head coach Ben Sawyer and assistant Dean Brownlie.
He will no longer be involved in other coaching commitments or commentary.
McMillan, who was with the side during the 2024 ICC T20 World Cup triumph in the UAE, said he was delighted to take the job on full-time.
"The women's game is going from strength to strength, and I'm excited to continue to work with our talented players and help them reach their goals," McMillan said.
"The last year has gone so quickly and I've loved every minute of being part of a team that continues to improve, challenge one another, and does special things on the world stage."
