Liverpool off top as Spurs' Redknapp revival continues

A stoppage time winner has knocked Liverpool off top spot in English football's Premier League as Tottenham's unbeaten run under Harry Redknapp continued with a 2-1 victory at White Hart Lane.

The win lifts Spurs from the bottom of the table, ends Liverpool's unbeaten run and leaves Chelsea on top on goal difference after they thrashed Sunderland 5-0.

The champions Manchester United are third after holding out Hull City 4-3 at Old Trafford.

United has on 21 points, five behind Chelsea and Liverpool and one ahead of Arsenal whose title hopes suffered a big setback when they lost 2-1 at Stoke City.

West Ham drew 1-1 away to Middlesbrough and West Bromwich came from a goal at home to Blackburn Rovers to draw 2-2.

Wigan ended a run of four straight defeats with a 2-1 win at Portsmouth while Everton had a 1-0 home win over Fulham.
