New Zealand UFC middleweight fighter Israel Adesanya is promising another knock-out finish when he faces Italian Marvin Vettori in the Octagon on Sunday.

The Nigerian born-Kiwi is currently in Glendale Arizona preparing for his second UFC fight when he faces "The Italian Dream" Marvin Vettori on Sunday's UFC Fight Night and told RNZ to expect a similar outcome to his debut.
Adesanya not only impressed the audience with a knockout win over Australian Rob Wilkinson at UFC 221, but his statements in the octagon that followed captured attention around the world.

Though the veteran striker hasn't decided what he will say at the conclusion of this fight, he's at least guaranteeing to keep his mixed martial arts record of 12-0 blemish-free with another dynamic finish.
"The guy wants to pressure me so bring it on, he will be stopped in his tracks." says Adesanya.
"I don't see this fight going the distance at all or even out of the second round."
Marvin Vettori is a brown belt Brazilian jiu-jitsu artist who is coming off a majority draw against Omari Akhmedov at UFC 219 but Adesanya is convinced he has his game plan and fight-style all but figured out.
"He's got these little T-rex arms so he will be trying to get close to try and touch me." says Adesanya.
"He's a step up from my last opponent he's young, strong, looks the part so I just have to do my part and whoop his a**."
The 'Last Stylebender' believes fighting on the promotion in the United States for the first time won't affect him at all and is already looking to target ranked fighters at its conclusion.
"They better have both eyes on me."
"I can get to the top as fast as I want to, but right now I'm in the UFC, I'm enjoying ride and making that money and I can get there as fast as I want to."
