The Vixens overtook the West Coast Fever to earn their place in the Elimination Final against the NSW Swifts on Sunday.

The Pulse had a chance to do the same, but they needed to win Monday night's game by 47 goals to secure a top three spot playoff spot in the New Zealand conference.

The Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic will host the Northern Mystics in the New Zealand conference elimination final in Hamilton on Sunday.

The winner of that match will travel to Invercargill's ILT Stadium Southland the following Sunday to play the unbeaten Steel.

The semi-finals will feature the two conference winners at home to the losers of the other nation's conference final.
