Olympic and world champion Lisa Carrington has eased to her seventh straight K1 200 metres title on the final day of the national canoe racing championships at Lake Karapiro.
The 25-year-old from Tauranga comfortably saw off the challenges of Australians Alana Nicholls and Jo Brigden-Jones, finishing in 40.17 seconds.
Hawke's Bay's Aimee Fisher and Caitlin Ryan of the North Shore capped successful weekends off by rounding out the top five, after winning the K2 500 title together.
