The New Zealand golfer Lydia Ko has held onto the world number one ranking after finishing in a tie for seventh in the LPGA Classic in the Bahamas.
Ko produced her best round of the tournament in the final round, the 17-year-old producing a five under par 68 to be 11 under for the tournament, just three shots behind the leaders.

Her South Korean rival Inbee Park, who could have moved into the top spot on the rankings with a win, could only manage a round of 72 to finish one shot ahead of Ko at 12 under.
So Ko stays No.1 going into her next event - the LPGA Tour co-sanctioned Women's Australian Open at Royal Melbourne from February 19-22.
The South Korean Sei Young Kim won the tournament after taking out a three-way playoff.
Ko tied for second in the season-opening event in Florida in the first week of February - a score which resulted in her breaking Tiger Woods' record as the youngest player to reach the number one ranking in the sport.
