Athletics New Zealand has named a 10-strong team to compete at this year's World Mountain Running Championships in Italy in September.
The men's team will be led by 2014 national champion Jono Jackson, competing at his first world championship event and 2009 New Zealand champion Glenn Hughes, who's based in Britain.
New Zealand marathon and half marathon champion, 51-year-old Sally Gibbs will head the women's contingent.
The team leader will be experienced mountain runner Nelson's Patrick Meffan.
