Oracle Team USA has won race 13 of the America's Cup by one minute and 24 seconds from Team New Zealand.
The victory takes Oracle to three points in the race to nine with Team New Zealand stranded on eight wins.
The New Zealand boat won the start by two boat lengths and rounded mark one three seconds clear of Oracle.
Downwind, Team New Zealand was penalised after it turned too close to Oracle forcing the cup holders to alter course to avoid a collision.
Oracle arrived at mark two 20 seconds ahead of Team New Zealand and extended its lead over the upwind leg to be 46 seconds clear at the third gate.
Race 13 had to be re-run after an attempt to stage it earlier in the day exceeded the 40 minute race time limit.
Team New Zealand was well ahead in that race and denied victory by the clock just as it rounded the fourth gate.
