The Taranaki lock and former All Black Jarrad Hoeata has been issued an off-field yellow card and Southland No.8 Elliot Dixon has been suspended for a week following judicial hearings on separate charges of foul play.
Hoeata was cited for a dangerous tackle and for striking a player in his side's loss to Canterbury.
Southland's Elliot Dixon was also cited for a dangrous tackle in his side's loss to Tasman but the judiciary ruled his offence did warrant a suspension so he'll now miss Southland's match against Northland this weekend.
