Injuries blight Australian netball team

The unbeaten Australian netballers have been hit by injury to key midcourters, with Kimberlee Green to miss the remaining three Quad Series tests and captain Natalie von Bertouch undergoing scans today.

Green was substituted at three-quarter time in Sunday's 20-goal victory over New Zealand in Sydney after an on-going foot injury prevented her playing on and she'll miss the second half of the four-nation tournament which now moves to New Zealand.

Von Bertouch stayed in Sydney as the rest of the team flew across the Tasman on Monday and was having scans on her left ankle after rolling it in Sunday's match.

The Silver Ferns face England in Wellington on Wednesday.
