The police have launched a homicide inquiry following the death of a 50-year-old woman in Hamilton.

Raewyn Green was found unconscious at a house on Pinfold Avenue on Monday evening.
She was taken to Waikato Hospital in critical condition and died three days later on Thursday.
Post mortem investigations showed Ms Green was likely assaulted.
A scene examination was completed, and police would like to speak to anyone who was in contact with Ms Green.
The police are also looking for information surrounding a man and a woman arguing in the Pinfold Avenue area on Monday afternoon, in the hours before Ms Green was admitted to hospital.
The police say Victim Support is working with Ms Green's family members.
