A coroner's inquest has heard that a woman who died after being accidentally run over by her husband had an existing heart condition which could have caused her to faint.
Denise Robinson-Winskill, 59, died after her husband Jon ran over her on the couple's lifestyle block in Christchurch in October 2013.
A police investigation into the death concluded it was a tragic accident.
Dr Ken Anderson - who completed the autopsy - told a coroners inquest in Christchurch today that Mrs Robinson-Winskill had an existing heart condition which could cause low blood pressure.
He said there was a possibility she fainted behind the truck, although her injuries were consistent with her being conscious at the time.
