A man has been arrested and charged with murder after a body was found in the Auckland suburb of Panmure.

Police said they were called to an address in Jellicoe Road at about 7am and found the body of a young man.
A 35-year-old Balmoral man has been arrested and will appear in the Auckland District Court tomorrow charged with murder.
The police said they were still to speaking with witnesses from the scene, which would be secured overnight for further examination tomorrow.
