A missing six-year-old boy has been found safe and well in Mangere while an 11-year-old, also thought to have been missing, returned home earlier today.

Ataaere Ngatokorua, 11, failed to return to his home in the Auckland suburb from school yesterday. Police said he returned home this morning after staying at a friend's house overnight.
Korotangi Lalahi, 6, who did not return to his home after playing at a friend's house yesterday, has also now been found. The police said he had also stayed at a friend's house overnight but that had not been communicated to his parents.
It is understood there is no connection between the two incidents.
