Police in Canterbury have named the victim of a fatal three-car crash in Christchurch last month.
Kaori Heaney, 52, died at the scene of the crash on Gardiners Road in Harewood on April 22.
He was the driver and only occupant of one of the three cars involved and his death has been referred to the Coroner.
Police were still investigating the crash.
