Wellington's train services have been disrupted by a three-hour network outage.
KiwiRail all signals stopped working because of what's believed to have been a computer failure.
The outage lasted from about 4am to just before 7am.
Kiwirail is contacting IT company Spark to seek more information.
The failure has caused some delays for commuters.
