A teenage girl is in a critical condition after falling from a moving vehicle near Rotorua on Friday afternoon.
A rescue helicopter has flown the 15-year-old from State Highway 30 to Waikato Hospital with severe head and facial injuries.
The Waikato District Health Board says she was undergoing surgery on Friday night.
