Police say State Highway 1 near Balclutha has been reopened after being closed for 12 hours by an accident.
A crane was called from Dunedin to help move a truck and trailer that rolled at 4am on Friday, blocking the road 15km south of Balclutha.
The truck was carrying mainly meat and vegetables.
