The Government has received a report by the Privacy Commissioner from an inquiry into privacy breaches at the Accident Compensation Corporation.
Commissioner Marie Shroff was looking into how details of thousands of claims were sent to claimant Bronwyn Pullar of Auckland, and also how her name ended up in the media.
The commission is due to make its findings public on Thursday.
ACC Minister Judith Collins says she has seen and agrees with the inquiry's draft recommendations.
