Two people are before the courts after separate incidences of police recovering stolen property in rural Canterbury.
Late last month police arrested a man accused of stealing the front gates of a home in Rangiora.
He was remanded in custody and is due to reappear in court later this month.
And on 3 June, a woman was taken into custody at a Swannanoa address after police found three vehicles that had been reported stolen.
She's due to appear in court at a later date, charged with receiving property.
