Firefighters have extinguished a large blaze at a medical centre in the Bay of Plenty town of Ōpōtiki.
The fire on King Street, broke at around 7.30am today.
Fire and Emergency says the building was well alight when firefighters arrived and it took four crews to bring it under control.
It is being treated as suspicious and a fire investigator is at the scene.
